General conditions for supply

All tenders and contracts for the performance of deliveries by CHL Netherlands bv outside The Netherlands are governed by the ORGALIME General Conditions S2000 for the supply of mechanical, electrical and electronic products.
The general conditions of sale and delivery for the metal electro technical industry as lastly filed by FME-CWM with the Registry of the District Court of The Hague apply to all tenders and contracts for the performance of deliveries by us within The Netherlands. For purchases our general conditions as filed with the Registry of the District Court of The Hague apply. A copy of these is available on request.
